Job summary

Southwest Accessories Group is seeking a returns associate responsible for daily checking in, upkeep of claims and dealer returns. You will coordinate with the Receiving Supervisor for restocking and processing credits to Ford and GM accordingly.

The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment, strong English communication, and basic computer skills. This is a day shift, on-site position with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships
• Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
• Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
• Ford and GM claims processing
• Set up RMAs
