Job summary

Sullivan University is seeking a Re-entry Admissions Representative to engage former students, assess eligibility, and drive re-enrollment at our Louisville campus. This full-time, on-site role supports admissions processes, conducts interviews, and coordinates with Enrollment Services to meet enrollment objectives.

You will also participate in campus events, tours, and follow-up with applicants to ensure a positive student experience and timely enrollment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three years related experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of all corporate, state, and federal regulations and policies applicable to the position.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Makes contact through outbound recruiting calls, emails and text messages to former Sullivan University System students to set and conduct appointments; participates in referral campaigns and events.
• Conducts interviews with returning students to determine eligibility and fit for their program of interest.
• Conducts tours and refers to other programs or locations as appropriate.
• Coordinates readmissions with Enrollment Services, Registrar, and related offices; ensures records and SAP requirements are completed.
• Achieves enrollment and activity goals with professionalism and integrity; adheres to Admissions policies.
• Attends department events and may conduct new student admissions interviews as needed.
