The Sullivan University System is seeking a full-time Re-entry Admissions Representative in Kentucky. This role focuses on re-engaging former students to explore returning to school, with enrollment targets and quality assurance for program fit.

The position is on-site with a schedule that includes varied hours, including some evenings and weekends. The company emphasizes development, coaching, and a supportive, charitable culture, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of academic programs offered by the school.
• Proficient knowledge of all corporate, state, and federal regulations and policies applicable to the position.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Makes contact through outbound recruiting calls, emails and text messages to former Sullivan University System students to set appointments.
• Conducts interviews with returning students and determines admission eligibility.
• Conducts tours and refers to appropriate programs or locations.
• Coordinates with Enrollment Services/Registrar and other departments to complete readmission processes.
• Seeks approval from leadership for tuition hold situations.
• Achieves enrollment and activity goals and maintains professional conduct.
• Assists with scholarship events, open houses, and orientation activities.
• Back-up to conduct new student admissions interviews as directed.
