Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.25 per hour and depends on qualifications and experience.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as a Store Manager.
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21, and a flexible schedule is necessary. Physical demands include standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
