Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline may be required for select roles.
• Experience with high-pressure die cast components preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision skills.
• Licensing for export controls may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through production while managing risks.
• Develop robust mechanical system designs meeting customer and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate failure modes to improve durability and reliability.
• Use modeling and simulation to predict performance and support decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces to ensure proper integration.
• Drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop verification plans and assess test results.
