HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking a qualified Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components in accordance with FAA regulations. The ideal candidate will hold an Airframe A license or Repairman Certificate and have 3+ years of component inspection experience.

You will review maintenance records, test data, and documentation for completeness, conduct audits, and ensure corrective actions for non-conformances.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Airframe A license or Repairman Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting aircraft components, preferably accessories.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations and AS9110 Quality Standards.
• High attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performing final inspections and issuing Return to Service authorizations for repaired and overhauled accessory components.
• Ensuring all work complies with FAA regulations, Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Customer Requirements and CMMs.
• Reviewing maintenance records, test data, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct audits and inspections of work-in-progress, final assemblies and shop processes as required.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Coordinate with technicians, production, and quality assurance staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Support internal and external audits.
