Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group in Miami, FL is seeking a qualified Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components at our FAA Part 145 repair station. The ideal candidate holds an Airframe (A) license or has Repairman authority, and brings 3+ years of component inspection experience with strong FAA regulations and AS9110 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Airframe (A) license or prior FAA Repairman experience.
• Minimum 3 years inspecting aircraft components.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations and AS9110.
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections and issue Return to Service authorizations.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA Part 145, Repair Station and QCM procedures.
• Review maintenance records, test data and documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct audits of work-in-progress, final assemblies and shop processes.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and support audits.
