Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking a QC Inspector Apprentice who is outgoing, a fast learner, and seeking advancement opportunities within a growing company. The apprentice may assist QC Inspectors with inspection activities, including preliminary inspections and return to service inspections.

Responsibilities emphasize following FAA data, regulations, and company QA procedures while developing hands-on inspection skills in a shop environment with PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read and write English.
• Must be able to read and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals.
• Must be able to follow Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
• Must be able to follow FAR 145 and other Federal Regulations.
• Must be able to follow HEICO Component Repair Group quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow Engineering Orders, special maintenance instructions and FAA-approved data.
• Follow applicable Federal Regulations.
• Accurately complete forms and tags.
• Support inspection activities with QC Inspectors and staff.
• Maintain attention to detail while learning quality control procedures.
