Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Returns Processor in Humble, TX to support the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns and to optimize resources and processes. You will validate inventory against driver returns manifests, assist stores, and address questions from multiple teams while ensuring accuracy and proper disposition.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate RF equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in a retail/warehouse setting with accuracy is preferred.
• Ability to operate RF equipment and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Process and assist returns with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate inventory against drivers' returns manifest.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with related questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns and resolve issues.
• Label, rewrap items, and prepare them for disposition and/or end caps.

Will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive initiatives to create and promote an environment timely and accurate delivery returns.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $16.65 - $21.60Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
