Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to receive, process, store and ship inventory according to orders. You will unload trailers, move furniture with dollies, and verify outbound loads against invoices to ensure accuracy and quality.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, operating RF scanners, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while complying with safety standards. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in a fast-paced warehouse are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers by hand and move furniture with dollies and pallet jacks.
• Ensure outbound furniture matches invoices before loading for delivery.
• Monitor outbound assembly and proper packaging for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing items.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Support the inbound and outbound operationUnload trailers by handMove furniture with dollies and pallet jacksEnsure outbound picked furniture matches invoice before loading into contractor’s vehicle for deliveryEnsure that outbound furniture does not have any damages or flawsPrepare customers’ orders monitors and ensures that outbound furniture is properly assembledUse proper lifting techniques: lift, push, stooping twisting, bendingUse RF Scanners to scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.Must be able to consistently lift/move products up to 100 lbs.Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceMeet company standards for productivityAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAble to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changesQualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse environment. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
