Stanley Black & Decker is hiring an on-site Return Logistics Center Associate at the Phoenix, AZ facility. You will dispost returned products, determine warranty eligibility, and organize pallets with quantities while keeping accurate data in the company systems.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Excel/Access. Power tools knowledge is a plus, and the role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout shifts.

• Identify and report suspected manufacturing defects and suggest process improvements.
• Follow safety and facility policies and maintain attendance and punctuality.

You’ll get to:* Dispositions returned product.* Determines customer eligibility to receive warranty credit using a pre-set decision tree.* Segregates credit and no credit product into groups and marks pallets with quantities and identification.* Records all disposition data in database.* Downloads data to Excel and distributes.* Resolves data discrepancies.* Communicates workload status to SB&D supervisor.* Works as a liaison between customer return center and GTS Global Quality* Recommends process improvements.* Other duties as assigned.* Identifies and reports any suspected manufacturing defects to supervisor **The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
