Job summary

North Coast is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized warehouse, processing customer returns and vendor RGAs, and facilitating bulk returns on job sites.

You will back up credits and claims and perform other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates are team oriented, safety minded, and committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).

Qualifications

• Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems.
• Team oriented and safety conscious; committed to accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Manage daily customer returns and vendor RGA requests.
• Facilitate bulk returns (jobsite clean offs).
• Back up Credits & Claims.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting & pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Mostly warehouse environment & computer work
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $21/hour - $25.24/hour, DOE.
