Job summary

North Coast is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain cleanliness, accurately fill and check orders, and manage shipping/receiving processes on-site. You will load/unload trucks and stock shelves while ensuring safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, team players, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn handheld scanners and relevant systems. Evening/weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Use of forklifts and stock pickers
• Warehouse environment
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $21/hour - $22.93/hour, DOE.
