Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking a Return Equipment Processor to receive, inspect, scan, clean, and stage returned customer equipment for redeployment. You will help keep accurate inventory, reduce backlog, and ensure reusable devices are ready for the field.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse with barcode scanners and Excel-based systems, perform testing as needed, document issues, and coordinate with team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners and multiple software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently or with a team.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to arriving on time and prepared for work.
• Good communication skills and ability to keep supervisors informed of issues or delays.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Able to work 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Equipment Receiving and Inspection: Unbox, inspect and sort returned equipment, including routers, ONUs, power supplies, ATAs and cords.
• Identify and separate damaged, defective, or decommissioned equipment.
• Document equipment damage, missing components, and inventory discrepancies.
• Organize equipment by type and processing status.
