Pennington Seed is searching for an experiencedReturn Center Manager in our Greenfield, Missouri location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in approving and authorizing timesheets for accuracy and helping monitor overtime for all employees.
• Help maintain employee schedules to ensure each shift is covered forthatweek'sworkload and working efficiently.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings.
• Maintain daily and weekly totals of inbound pallets and bulk bags as well as where they come from.
• Audit return inbound productfrom vendors.
• Request STO and delivery of division loads.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years warehouse supervisor experience - preferred
• Bachelor's Degree - preferred
• SAP experience preferred or willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Effective communication skills; written, oral and formal presentation
• Sense of urgency and ability to drive projects to completion
• Must have teamwork attitude and collaborative skills
• Manual labor required in position (i.e., lifting 50 lb. bags materials)
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position in a warehouse distribution facility.
