Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our Meineke Car Care Center is seeking a full-time Automotive Center Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet Objectives levels.
Establish good working relationships with owners, General Manager, and technical staff to ensure sales processes and daily unit metrics are met.
Implement growth strategies that align with group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss strategies that meets the needs of the local market.
Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Performance vs Objectives for opportunities and provide solutions for both.
Ensure that you maintain knowledge of and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs, and the automotive industry as a whole.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed.
Two or more years of experience in a Service Manager or Center Manager position for a Car Care Center is necessary.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate company-owned vehicles.
Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success.
