As a member of our retread team, you will perform tire inspection, casing prep, patching, and final testing to ensure durable, road-ready tires.

Qualifications

• We will train you in required skills.
• Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess if they can be retread.
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the casing.
• Use rubber cement or a patch to repair the casing.
• Build tire by applying new tread.
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application.
• Perform final inspection for safety and quality.
