Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Production Associate in Phoenix, AZ. This paid training role offers a starting wage of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. You will join the retread team, assisting in recapping and remolding tires to extend their life and get them back on the road.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment/ General Labor/ Entry Level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess retread viability.
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the casing.
• Apply rubber cement or patch to repair the casing before tread.
• Assemble the tire by applying new tread and components.
• Cure the tire to set the retread application.
• Perform final inspection for safety and quality.
