Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Retread Associate to support our commercial tire manufacturing and distribution center. You will participate in CIA inspections, de-enveloping, painting, and other retread processes using Michelin methods.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification after employment, and a willingness to learn multiple skills with on-the-job training. The role requires attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification obtained after employment.
• Commercial TI A certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute Retread Associate tasks across CIA Inspection, De-Envelope, Skive, Painter, Initial Inspection, Chamber Envelope, X-Ray, Final Inspection, Cure Tire, Builder, Shipping/Receiving posts.
• Assist in painting and de-enveloping tires using Michelin Retread methods.
• Progress through roles with training and certification on different posts.
