Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Retreader to support the retread plant, meeting quality and production targets while adhering to safety and training rules. You will work in a team to ensure sales, unit, and productivity objectives are achieved, and assist with loading/unloading products using the inventory system.

The role requires a high school diploma, Bandag CRTP certification, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with a focus on safe operation and

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bandag CRTP certification and forklift certification are required.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work in retread plant workstations (initial inspection, buffer, repairs, builder, chambers, final inspection).
• Meet quality and production level objectives for assigned production work.
• Deliver quality work on time to ensure growth in sales/service and profits.
• Assist drivers in loading/unloading product using the inventory system.
• Responsible for safe operation of equipment and maintaining a safe/clean work area.
• Comply with OSHA rules, hazardous waste handling, security, and timely paperwork.
• Assumes other responsibilities as needed
