Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Experienced Retread Technicians to maintain high safety and quality standards in our tire retread operation.

You will inspect, buff, and retread tires, assist in inventory, and keep production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must have prior retread facility experience and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a tire retread facility.
• Solid understanding of the retread process and equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires for damage and assess suitability for retreading.
• Buff tires to remove old tread and prepare for retreading.
• Apply new treads to tires using retreading equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking tire quantities and types.
• Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
