Sullivan Tire And Auto Service is seeking a Retreader to support the retread plant’s production goals and quality targets. The role requires adhering to safety and training rules while working as part of a team to achieve sales, unit, quality, and productivity objectives.

The position emphasizes safe operation of equipment, proper handling of materials, and compliance with OSHA rules. Candidates must meet physical demands and hold Bandag CRTP and forklift certifications.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bandag CRTP certification is required.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform production work in various retread plant workstations (initial inspection, buffer, repairs, builder, chambers, final inspection).
• Meet quality and production level objectives for assigned production work.
• Deliver quality work on time to support sales, service, and profits.
• Assist drivers in loading/unloading products using the inventory system.
• Operate equipment safely and hold required certifications.
