Job summary

The role collaborates across business strategy, sales, product development and technology modernization, mentoring colleagues and guiding project work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Ability to travel 0-50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products to identify competitiveness and gaps.
• Develop differentiation strategies to improve products, services, and processes.
• Conduct market research and deliver client training on trends.
• Support client work across strategy, sales, marketing, product development and operations.
• Create and review client deliverables communicating findings and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues.
