TEKsystems is seeking a remote candidate for a contract-to-hire role in Dallas, TX, to support retirement-related inquiries. You will handle a high volume of calls, collaborate with financial partners and customers, and use Salesforce and other systems daily to resolve inquiries about policies, rates, and services.

The role starts December 2, 2026, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle 25–50 calls per day about retirement questions and assistance.
• Engage with financial partners, agents, and customers.
• Answer inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions, products, rates and services.
• Utilize Salesforce and multiple systems to process requests efficiently.

Description

• Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance.
• Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.
• Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc.
• This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs. This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
