Job summary

TIAA is hiring Financial Services Consultants in a hybrid setting to assist participants with retirement options, investments, insurance, and financial education. You will educate clients, perform transactions, and coordinate with partners, contributing to millions of lives through our secure retirement mission.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 6/7; Series 63 registrations.
• Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 days.
• No experience required.
• In-person interview and successful employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and guide financial transactions and long-term asset planning.
• Outline appropriate solutions using TIAA products and services with clear explanations.
• Answer questions by communicating plan details and providing further explanation when needed.
• Execute transactions and service requests on behalf of participants.
• Maintain records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Refer participants to business partners to help achieve desired outcomes.
