• Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of financial industry experience.

• Recognize and diffuse potential issues and/or difficult interactions.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and listening skills.
• Desire and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to various situations.
• Local candidate able to work onsite for the first 90 days.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, phone support, and account-related requests.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IRA and retirement account support to financial advisors and branch employees.
• Respond to inquiries related to retirement accounts, products, contribution and distribution procedures, and retirement tax.
• Deliver high-level service supporting a wide range of systems, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class service to clients.
• Handle incoming phone calls related to Retirement Services.
• Utilize internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues.
• Follow procedures to route processing requests to appropriate teams and escalates inquiries for further research.
• Meet team and department service goals as established by management.
