Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Retirement Services Support on a contract basis to assist financial advisors and branch staff with IRA and retirement account inquiries. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, following procedures, and maintaining strong client relationships on-site.

The successful candidate will handle calls, resolve issues using internal resources, and help route requests to the proper teams while contributing to service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of financial industry experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships
• Diagnose and solve problems creatively
• Recognize and diffuse potential issues and/or difficult interactions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and listening skills
• Desire and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to various situations
• Local candidate able to work onsite for the first 90 days
• Experience handling customer inquiries, phone support, and account-related requests
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide IRA and retirement account support to financial advisors and branch employees
• Respond to inquiries related to retirement accounts, products, contribution and distribution procedures, and retirement tax
• Deliver high-level service supporting a wide range of systems, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class service to clients
• Handle incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees related to Retirement Services
• Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues
• Follow established procedures to route processing requests to appropriate teams and escalate inquiries for further research
• Meet team and department service goals as established by management
