Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network.

Required Qualifications

• Proven outside business‑to‑business sales experience, 2+ years, including prospecting and territory management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style capable of cold‑calling, managing time effectively, and presenting ideas clearly in person, on the phone, or in writing.
• Team‑player able to work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience such as two or more years of quota‑carrying outside sales or military experience is acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing, or the ability to obtain them within 45 days of employment.

Compensation

Base salary may vary by location, skills, and relevant experience. Salary range: USD $44,800 – $97,200 per year. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions, and is guaranteed not to be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under law.
