Empower in Milwaukee is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to help public employees plan their financial future through group and individual presentations and personalized consultations.

This role uses data-driven analysis, Salesforce documentation, and partnerships with stakeholders to meet service levels and annual targets, with on-site client meetings in Milwaukee and potential remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required within the established timeline; current registrations preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders for each location or employer-sponsored plans.
• Conduct virtual and on-site meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules, including travel arrangements.
• Create and execute plans to drive retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve plan and individual goals to meet SLAs and business results.
• Participate in client meetings and sales events as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve effectiveness.
