Job summary

Empower seeks a Retirement Plan Advisor to assist public sector participants in Milwaukee with defined contribution plans. You will drive retirement conversations through data-driven analysis and conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to meet service and sales targets.

The role requires collaboration with Relationship Management to establish stakeholder relationships, and may involve travel within the Milwaukee territory to meet participants as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• 3–5 years in financial services or retirement planning preferred.
• FINRA registrations (6, 63, 65) required within timeline; current registrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders for assigned locations/ employer plans.
• Conduct one-on-one and on-site/group meetings using virtual tools.
• Create and execute business plans to enhance retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
