The Job/What You'll Do: The Retirement Relationship Manager supports Financial Advisors with employer-sponsored plans within AssetMark’s Retirement Services. The role involves working closely with advisors, internal teams, and external partners to deliver excellent service, resolve issues, and support client engagement strategies.

Location: Candidates should be near Phoenix, AZ, and able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, vendors, and internal teams supporting retirement plans
• Assist financial advisors with participant engagement strategies and support meetings
• Communicate plan features and requirements clearly
• Adhere to service standards, balancing advisor needs with operational metrics
• Own interactions with internal and external customers, ensuring quality service
• Proactively communicate with advisors regarding issues
• Maintain expertise in retirement offerings like 401(k), 403(b), 457
• Stay updated on legislative and plan changes
• Identify process improvements and participate in departmental initiatives
