Preferred candidates hold qualifications in CEBS/QKA/QPA/SPHR/PHR and have retirement benefit plan experience. This role reports to the 4002 SS HR RETIREMENT ADMIN department.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience.
• Professional experience working with employee retirement benefit plans.

Responsibilities

• Own various functions related to administering day-to-day operations of the retirement program.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to management and Project Manager.
• Collaborate on fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spinoffs.
• Research and respond to payroll audit reports.
• Implement programmatic or administrative enhancements identified by management.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues using retirement knowledge and system insights.
