Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day retirement plan operations including contributions, funding, distributions, and plan design compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance for DB, DC, and 457b plans.
  • Develop and deliver retirement planning education for staff.
  • Maintain pension control schedules and prepare management reports.
  • Assist in annual pension and financial audits.
  • Support budget processes with guidelines and timelines.
  • Produce ad hoc and routine reports for internal and external stakeholders.
