This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of retirement plan experience, focused on Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of plans, performing compliance reviews, and coordinating with actuaries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused attitude. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, ideally with a focus on Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans.
• Perform and review non-discrimination and coverage testing for plans.
• Conduct compliance reviews to identify operational issues.
