Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, TX is hiring Financial Services Consultants to handle inbound calls, present retirement options, and educate participants on investment choices and education. This isntt a typical call center role; youre part of a coalition delivering guaranteed income for life and impacting thousands of participants yearly.

Youll have opportunities to earn a base hourly rate plus bonus, pursue FINRA certifications, and grow into broader finance careers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• FINRA registrations (Series 6/7 and 63) required or pursued
• Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state) required within 120 days

Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport quickly with participants and guides financial transactions.
• Explains retirement options, investments, and education with clear explanations.
• Answers questions, processes requests, and maintains records of interactions.
• Refer participants to partners to achieve desired outcomes.
• Support hybrid office work with a focus on compliance and service quality.
• Complete necessary screening processes and participate in in-person interviews.
