Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, CRM systems).
• Desire to help seniors and grow within the community.
• Insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Educate seniors and pre-retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options.
• Assist Medicare beneficiaries with applications, enrollments, and plan changes.
• Conduct client interviews and needs assessments.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service.
• Generate new business from marketing and lead systems provided by the company.
• Stay current on Medicare and insurance regulations in Minnesota.
