Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, covering the Idaho region and collaborating with Wealth Management Wholesalers to serve brokerage firm representatives.

You will deliver motivational and informative presentations, set goals, and measure performance against them. A Series 7/63/66 and relevant designations are required, with compensation including base salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with financial intermediaries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Licenses/designations required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.
• Sell through financial intermediaries and drive sponsor/investor outcomes.
• Present information in a clear, distilled manner to partners and clients.
