Job summary

Strongpoint Partners is seeking a retirement plan administrator to manage defined contribution plans from start to finish, including 401(k) administration and cross-tested plans.

You will perform non-discrimination testing, communicate plan mechanics to clients, and research compliance topics while shadowing senior administrators to expand testing and document knowledge. Flexible hours and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retirement plan experience and 2-4 years of client services experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with ability to work under pressure.
• Anticipated pay range: $60,000-$70,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined contribution retirement plans, including 401(k) and cross-tested plans, from start to finish.
• Perform non-discrimination testing, communicate directly with clients on plan mechanics, and research compliance topics.
• Shadow senior administrators to increase testing and document knowledge, and efficiently utilize technology.
