Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues
• Processes forms and performs basic transactions like rollovers and internal transfers
• Diagnoses issues and provides client-driven solutions meeting IRS regulations
• Interprets retirement plan rules and regulations
• Conducts audits of account activity for regulatory compliance
• Reviews client requests for corrections and guides branch personnel on actions
• Maintains retirement plan knowledge through resources and training
• Resolves issues with internal departments
• Monitors daily productivity reports to evaluate performance
