Job summary

Revolution Technologies in Michigan is hiring for a Retirement Services Associate to support the retirement plan department. You will process forms, perform basic transactions such as rollovers and internal transfers, and respond to email inquiries.

The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and experience with CRM software. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in financial services or a recent finance graduate with internship/work experience.
• Experience using CRM software to review information prior to processing transactions.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Strong data entry with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems with dual monitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Reliable attendance with minimal tardiness; no upcoming planned time off during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues.
• Processes forms and performs basic transactions, such as handling roll overs and internal transfers.
• Accurately diagnoses issues and provides client driven solutions that meet IRS regulatory requirements.
• Interprets rules and regulations by applying retirement plan knowledge.
• Conducts audits of account activity to ensure transactions meet regulatory compliance.
• Reviews client requests for corrections and provides guidance to branch personnel on resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations via internal/external resources and training.
• Communicates, researches and resolves issues with other internal departments.
• Reviews daily reports of individual productivity to evaluate personal performance.
