Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support and grow retirement plan business. You will advise plan sponsors, educate participants, and collaborate with advisors, TPAs, and custodians to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, plan implementations, and business development with strong earning potential through base salary plus commission and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of retirement plan consulting, retirement services, DCIO, or institutional sales.
• Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans and fiduciary standards.
• Experience presenting to clients, conducting participant education, and managing long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for retirement plan clients.
• Build long-term relationships with plan sponsors and deliver exceptional client service.
• Coordinate with advisors, TPAs, recordkeepers, payroll providers, and custodians to resolve questions.
• Lead plan implementations, onboarding, IPS input, and enrollment campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate new business.
