Busey Bank is seeking a Retirement Plan Participant Advisor to help participants understand and engage with the company-sponsored retirement plan. You will present to groups, conduct individual consultations, and use clear communications to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse participants.

Responsibilities include developing educational materials, supporting enrollment efforts, and delivering advisory services across on-site and remote formats.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify opportunities.
• Public speaking and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group presentations and one-on-one consultations for retirement plan participants.
• Deliver personalized service and respond to plan-related questions.
• Develop materials for participants with varying levels of understanding.
• Educate participants on investment options and participation benefits.
• Conduct enrollment and education presentations, on-site or via web conferencing.
• Support plan sponsors and participants with advisory services and financial planning.
