Job summary

Integrity Retirement Plan Consultants in Downtown Norfolk, Nebraska, seeks an Onboarding Manager to lead implementation of 25-30 new retirement plan clients, coordinating with plan sponsors, advisors, payroll providers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and serve as a primary contact throughout onboarding and beyond, with a focus on scalable, efficient client experiences and strong project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in retirement plan administration or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), Profit Sharing).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for 25-30 new retirement plan clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, plan sponsors, advisors, payroll providers and internal teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements for scalable onboarding.
