Job summary

MAI Capital Management is seeking a Retirement Consultant to manage relationships with corporate retirement plan sponsors and oversee client satisfaction and retention. You will handle a book of business comprising small and mid-sized companies and work to expand relationships through thoughtful planning and service excellence.

The role involves participating in sales for new 401(k) business, managing pricing strategies, and supporting plan education campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services or defined contribution marketplace is required.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Form, maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Develop and manage business plans identifying key clients and actions.
• Retain clients and manage pricing, RFIs, RFPs and benchmarking for portfolios.
