Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant II in Phoenix. You will conduct in-person or virtual presentations to explain retirement plan features and grow plan assets, including enrollment meetings and financial literacy sessions.

This remote role may require up to 25% travel and collaboration with the Relationship Manager on targeted education campaigns. The ideal candidate holds Series 7/66, state licenses, and a Bachelor's degree; CFP/ChFC is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; state licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designations desirable; strong presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group presentations to educate on plan features.
• Participate in benefit fairs, orientations, and annual plan reviews.
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager on education campaigns and enrollment.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation; travel as needed.
