Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking an IW Plan Compliance Associate in Houston to perform compliance services for qualified retirement plans of low to moderate complexity. You will apply retirement plan administration knowledge to prepare testing, reporting and corrections, serving as main client contact for plan sponsors.

The role requires independence with coaching, mentoring Analysts, and contributing to process improvements while expanding technical knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
2–4 years in retirement plan administration, compliance, trust or related work.
Knowledge of IRS, DOL and ERISA rules for qualified plans.
Ability to prepare and review compliance projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plans and provide client support.
Manage annual compliance activities for low to moderately complex plans.
Review participant eligibility, compensation and contributions for compliance.
Conduct nondiscrimination and allocation testing for plans.
Identify issues and recommend corrective actions with senior team.
Oversee Form 5500 filings, audit support and regulatory compliance.
