Job summary

Jonus Group seeks a Retirement Plan Account Manager to manage client relationships, support plan administration and compliance, and lead employee education initiatives. Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services or qualified retirement plans.
• Experience with retirement plan clients, sponsors, or participants is preferred.
• Strong fund review and employee education meeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retirement plan clients and sponsors.
• Coordinate annual client reviews and meetings.
• Lead employee education meetings and provide one-on-one participant guidance.
• Assist employees with questions on 401(k) loans, transfers, and participation.
• Support plan enrollments, compliance testing, and government filings.
• Set up and maintain retirement plans in vendor systems.
• Review plan data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct fund reviews and recommendations based on needs.
