Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, seeks a Client Service Associate to support the Retirement Plan Services team. You will handle client communications, meeting prep, and administrative support to deliver exceptional service to clients, advisors, and internal partners.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in retirement plan consulting and financial services through tasks such as forms, marketing coordination, CRM data management, and cross‑department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in finance or related business preferred.
• 1-4 years of professional experience, with preference for retirement plan support.
• Ability to obtain AIF designation when eligible.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and administrative support to the Retirement Plan Services team.
• Handle paperwork, marketing coordination, and meeting preparation for client engagements.
• Process custodial forms for fund changes and ensure completion.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to generate new client opportunities.
• Act as liaison across departments to enhance communication and teamwork.
• Deliver client-facing services including RFPs, plan reviews, and presentations with internal teams.
