Weaver Partners in St. Louis Metro is partnering with a respected independent wealth management firm to place a Retirement Plan Client Service Manager.

The role focuses on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and serving as the trusted connection among retirement plan clients, advisors, TPAs, recordkeepers, and custodians. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in retirement plans or financial services, outstanding service and relationship skills, and a collaborative mindset

• 5+ years of retirement plan or financial services experience.
• Outstanding client service and relationship management skills.
• The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working with retirement plans, advisors, TPAs, custodians, or recordkeepers.
