Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain workflow tasks for assigned clients to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor incoming email and voice messages and respond with accurate plan information.
• Collect, verify, and update customer information in Sentry's systems.
• Develop understanding of plan documents, contracts, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
